The partnership of HP and Player Unknown Battlegrounds(aka PUBG), HP has announced the inauguration of its OMEN by HP- Challenger Series Tournament. Amateur PUBG players will contend to win a prize of USD 50,000 (approximately Rs 35,00,000). But this challenge is only for PC version on PUBG.

Groups from every country will participate in the qualifier rounds that are scheduled to start on 14 September 2018. Every nation will have two participants who will be invited to form squads. These squads will then participate in the finale. The grand Finale will see 40 groups fighting it out for the title trophy.

As a major aspect of the competition rule, matches will be held just in squads. Every squad will have four players in the First Person Perspective(FPP) mode. Including both Erangel and Miramar Map, the squad will have a solitary remain in the player and no less than three players in the squad ought to be form a similar group.

The groups will acquire their points based on their final positions after the Battle Royale. Extra points will be granted for the aggregate number of kills. Professional PUBG players won't be permitted to participate in the competition.
